Manchester-based managed IT services provider LIMA has been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech 2026, ranking in the top 100 in the medium business category.
The business has invested deliberately in its people in recent years, and is now seeing that investment reflected back in how its team feels about coming to work.
The recognition caps a remarkable twelve months for the business. Since achieving Great Place To Work certification last November with an 86% employee approval rating, LIMA has now been honoured across four separate Best Workplaces lists: Development, Wellbeing, Women, and now the headline Tech list.
