Session 1 - Keynote

The frontier firm: A blueprint for the AI-powered organisation

Paul Cawley, Partner Development Manager, Microsoft

Microsoft has a vision for the future of business. It’s one where organisations evolve from relying purely on people and processes, to deploying AI-based agents that work alongside their teams, unlocking new levels of productivity and growth. They call it “the frontier firm.”

In this opening keynote, Paul will set out what that frontier vision looks like in practice, mapping the journey from today’s ways of working towards an organisation that is leaner, faster and more capable. Crucially, the session will also explore how to assess where you’re up to on your frontier journey, and how to plan the next steps.

Session 2

LIMA AI agents in practice: From concept to action

Ollie Potts, Head of Product and Presales, LIMA
Martin Ingham, CTO, LIMA

This session is about cutting through the noise around the agentic hype and getting practical about AI agents.

Ollie and Martin take a practical look at AI agents: what they are, where they add value, and what the real-world experience of adopting them looks like, both within LIMA and across our customer base.

Expect real-world examples and a clear view of where to start.

Session 3

Securing the frontier: Cyber essentials, cyber threats, and what it takes to stay protected

Dave Allan, CEOCysiam

The frontier journey promises much. But a more connected, AI-enabled organisation also means a broader attack surface.

In this session Cysiam CEO Dave – whose team works on the frontline of global cybersecurity, countering threats from nation-state actors and organised cybercrime – will give an intelligence-led picture of the threats facing organisations right now, and what that means for the way you think about your security posture.

We’ll explore how frameworks like Cyber Essentials provide a critical foundation, what good looks like as your organisation evolves, and the practical steps you can take to make sure your ambitions for innovation don’t leave you vulnerable.

Session 4 - Panel

The frontier in practice: Navigating the road ahead

The AI-powered organisation is an exciting destination, but the road there is rarely straightforward. In this closing session, we put the challenges on the table.

Join LIMA and a panel of customers and partners for an open, audience-driven discussion about what it takes to make the frontier vision a reality.

From getting your data in order and building trust in AI-driven processes, to the practical and cultural hurdles that are catching organisations out.

Bring your questions. The panel will bring the answers.
