Microsoft Copilot
Switching Copilot on is a simple licensing decision. But getting true value from it depends on your team understanding what it can do and the data sitting behind it. LIMA prepares your data, permissions and people before licences go live, then measures what Copilot delivers, helping you to prove value.
Maximise your Copilot investment from the start
A couple of years ago, the barrier to Copilot was data hygiene, and most organisations had work to do before they could consider it. Many have since made that journey. If your Microsoft 365 environment is in good order, enabling Copilot is a case of assigning a licence.
That simplicity is also the risk. Copilot works with whatever information each user can already access, so if your SharePoint data is shared too widely, Copilot can surface sensitive or inaccurate information in a summary.
Time back for your people, with your data kept secure
With good data hygiene, relevant data to work with, and the right security controls, Copilot gives people time back on drafting, summarising, searching and preparing. Without them, its answers are inconsistent and it can surface information to people who shouldn’t see it.
Our Copilot service gets those foundations right, then runs a structured pilot that turns your first licences into measured adoption and a clear decision.
Why Copilot

Intelligent model choice
Copilot dynamically selects the right model based on your intent, so you get fast answers, deeper reasoning, or rich content creation as needed, without having to think about what model to use.

Grounded in your work context
With Work IQ, Copilot draws from your emails, files, meetings, chats, and business systems to tailor responses to what’s actually happening in your work automatically.

Secure and private
Copilot is built on Microsoft’s enterprise‑grade security, identity, and compliance stack so your data stays protected, private, and governed at every step.
Copilot Trial Sprint
Making use of Microsoft’s 30-day free Copilot trial, this managed pilot runs for 25 users over 60 days in three phases, with a formal gate between each one, so every next step rests on evidence.
Preparation
Before any licences go live, we deliver foundational AI training to your pilot group, interview department champions and run a workshop to identify and prioritise use cases. User surveys help us build personas, so training matches how each group works. We carry out technical and data discovery and put foundational security controls and template policies in place.
Trial
Copilot is activated for the pilot group across a 30-day licence window. Users receive core Copilot training, followed by training on agents. Weekly drop-in clinics run throughout, adoption is measured from week two, and you receive weekly update reports, with two short leadership checkpoints along the way. The phase ends with a go or no-go decision.
Evaluation
We bring the evidence together: an adoption and usage report including return on investment, a prioritised review of user feedback, a use case map for wider rollout, recommendations on licensing, governance and training, and a phased roadmap for scaling beyond the pilot. You finish with an informed decision on what’s next.
The benefits of the Copilot Trial Sprint

A decision based on evidence
Usage data, user feedback and return on investment from your own people, measured over a defined period.

Data protected before licences go live
Permissions, security controls and usage policies are in place before anyone starts prompting, reducing the risk of Copilot surfacing information to the wrong people.

More effective use of AI
Training built around real use cases, weekly clinics and department champions help your pilot group get value quickly and keep using it.

Licences where they pay back
The roadmap shows which roles benefit most, so licence spend goes to the people who will use it.
Why choose LIMA for Microsoft Copilot
Copilot is only as safe as the Microsoft 365 environment underneath it. We design, secure and manage those environments every day, including the SharePoint structures and permissions that decide what Copilot can see. The readiness work is done by a team that understands your tenancy, and the controls stay in place once the pilot ends.
