Culture commitee

Our culture committee is made up of a nominated group of colleagues who meet bi-monthly to drive through an agenda to make LIMA a fantastic, inclusive place to work. The culture committee allows a range of different voices to bring observations and ideas about life at LIMA to the table.

Thanks to the work of the culture committee, some fantastic enhancements have been made to our working environment, processes and events.
