Martin joined Team LIMA in 2011 as an Infrastructure Consultant, progressed through the ranks to Solutions Architect, Head of Technical Solutions and Technical Director before finally being appointed as Chief Technical Officer in 2022. During his time at LIMA, he has supported the technical team at all levels, helping to deliver insight-led IT services and solutions that provide real business benefits.
