Assess your current level of AI adoption and readiness. We establish where you are today across your people, processes and technology so the rest of the workshop builds on solid ground.
Identify opportunities
Identify where AI presents genuine opportunities for your business. We look at your workflows, your Microsoft environment and your strategic priorities to surface the areas where agentic AI can make a real difference.
Identify risks
Highlight any emerging risks, including considerations such as shadow AI. Before committing to a use case, we make sure you have a clear view of what how to manage risks responsibly.
Use cases
Provide clear, practical next steps tailored to your context. You leave with a prioritised use case, a business case ready to present, and a straightforward path to getting it approved and off the ground.

The workshop offers the structured start you need to get a real agentic AI project off the ground, at zero cost. You’ll then have the option to work with LIMA and our partners to further develop your agentic footprint and move towards Frontier status.
