A prominent charity in Wales, Shelter Cymru, helps thousands of people each year across Wales who are affected by the housing emergency. Their tireless efforts encompass a wide range of services, including legal advice, housing support, policy advocacy, and community outreach.

LIMA will migrate Shelter Cymru’s primary systems to Microsoft Azure and deliver a unified desktop experience through Azure’s Virtual Desktop.

The charity expects to see the LIMA deliver significant improvements in cost savings, data management, end-user experience, and resilience through the charity’s digital transformation journey.

As a certified Azure Expert MSP, the LIMA team will work alongside the charity’s internal team, helping to streamline processes through automation, and freeing up administrative resources.
