Content Writer
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Content Writer to join our expanding Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the direction and evolution of the LIMA brand strategy and produce creative content solutions for campaigns to drive our growth.

As a fast-growing SME entering the next phase of growth, we have recently defined a new strategy, restructured at Board level, and taken on external investment. This new role will be instrumental in helping us achieve our goals.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Create a robust content strategy & plan tailored to Lima’s objectives.
- Generate content to build awareness and customer engagement across marketing channels, including email, social, website, video, display and direct mail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Partners, and Product
- Manage the SEO content strategy to enhance search rankings.
- Create compelling narratives which highlight LIMA strengths and value propositions for sales tenders.
- Conduct analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify content gaps and opportunities for thought leadership
- Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and partners to expand our content reach and amplify our brand
- Ensure content, advertisements, and communications adhere to regulatory compliance.
- Identify potential industry awards and manage the submission process.
- Develop brand tone of voice guidelines alongside brand & creative manager.
- Ensure consistent tone of voice and messaging across all customer and employee touchpoints.
- Analyse content performance using analytics tools and adjust the strategy accordingly to maximise ROI
- Support the bid and commercial team to ensure tone of voice and product messaging is on brand across sales pitches
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Previous B2B experience working in-house or agency
- Proven experience in content management, content marketing, or a related role.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and concise content.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content for search engines.
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of the IT managed services
- Highly organised with a strong eye for detail and ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent people skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams and senior management
- Hands-on and delivery focused attitude, committed to results and growing the business
- Ability to work well as part of a remote and onsite team with a focus on collaboration and sharing of ideas
