Mark boasts an extensive tenure of over a decade within the business and brings a wealth of experience of more than twenty years in the MSP domain, making him a true asset to Team LIMA. He is responsible for managing the new business function with our Sales Team. Working collaboratively with the Account Directors, Mark oversees the strategic engagements with valued customers to ensure that the services and solutions they consume provide meaningful business outcomes. Additionally, he actively contributes to the Marketing team, leading innovative initiatives aimed at attracting new customers, a focal point for the LIMA's growth.
