We are delighted to announce the appointment of Danny Masters as the new Chief Executive Officer of LIMA, effective immediately.
After leading the company for 25 years, LIMA co-founder Lisa Thornton has transitioned into a Non-Executive Director role.
Lisa says, “We have an incredibly strong leadership team who, alongside our new CEO, is going to lead the business from strength to strength throughout 2023 and beyond.”
Danny has been in the industry for over 25 years holding key roles including Managing Director, Sales Director and Commercial Director across companies such as BT and Claranet. Danny was most recently Managing Director at Convergence Group and has extensive experience in delivering strategic change, revenue growth and profit improvement in technology and SaaS environments.
Danny’s leadership approach is focused keenly on people. He has been looking forward to working with ‘Team LIMA’ and customers in many different verticals, understanding their needs, challenges and desired outcomes. “We have the experience to enable the IT that supports them with an insight-led approach that delivers great organisational value and outcomes,” he says.
Most of all, he’s excited to be working in a business where he can make a difference.
“My priority is to help give the company focus, and make sure we’re using the right ingredients, in the right way”, Danny says. “It’s about having a really clear vision of where you want to go and actually hitting it, bringing everyone along with you.”
